Yes. The free plan lets you publish one digital profile and share it by link or QR.
Yes. Premium and Business subscriptions can be managed or cancelled from the account billing settings.
Premium includes up to 5 digital cards for one person. Business supports up to 50 cards and lets the Business Manager assign them to employees.
The Business Manager can manage the whole workspace. Each member can access only cards assigned to them and the messages, leads and insights connected to those cards.
Yes. The owner can grant one active team member Business Manager access. That manager can manage the workspace, cards and members until access is revoked. Only the Business owner can manage the subscription.
Yes. Existing accounts keep a private Personal workspace and their Free or Premium plan when joining a team. Team cards use the Business plan and are managed separately. Accounts created through a team invitation have access to assigned Team cards only.
Yes. A Business Manager can upload one licensed TTF or OTF font after confirming they have the rights to use it. The font becomes available first in the card editors and on public cards that select it.
Yes. A purchased tapID NFC card can be linked to one of your published digital cards and changed later from NFC Card.
No. Premium is the digital subscription. Physical NFC cards are optional accessories that you can order separately whenever you are ready.
No. Every digital card can be shared by its public link or QR code. An NFC card is simply another convenient way to share it.
Yes. You can choose an available username while creating your first card. After that card is saved, changing its username is a Premium feature.
Both include the same Premium features. Monthly offers shorter billing flexibility, while annual billing gives the lower effective monthly price shown above.
If you have an active tapID promotion code, select Add Coupon Code in the secure checkout. The discount and updated order total are shown before you pay.
The secure checkout selects the configured Australian or overseas shipping rate from your delivery country and shows the charge before payment.
Your account returns to Free access after the paid period ends. Premium-only features and limits no longer apply until you resubscribe.
You can change the billing frequency from Account settings. Premium can be upgraded to Business with confirmation; Business cannot be downgraded to Premium from the dashboard.
Your existing subscription changes to the matching Business billing frequency. A prorated charge may apply immediately, and your Business workspace is created so you can invite members and assign cards.
Members can edit, publish and unpublish assigned cards, and view only the messages, leads and insights for those cards. Business Managers control assignments, usernames and email alerts, while only the Business owner controls billing.
Free and Premium users can delete their account from Login and Security after any paid subscription has fully ended. Business owners must send a support request so tapID can verify and safely remove the workspace and account.
No. Card payments and subscription billing are handled securely by our payment provider.
